🔹 SIGNED AGREEMENT: All professionals are required to carefully review and sign the official service agreement issued by BeauFit360. This agreement outlines the terms of use, selected revenue model, operational responsibilities, and conduct expectations. Access to studio facilities will only be granted upon submission of a duly signed agreement.

🔹 PROOF OF IDENTITY: A valid and legible copy of the applicant’s Aadhaar card must be submitted at the time of registration. This serves as a government-recognized proof of identity and residence and will be securely maintained for internal records and legal compliance.

🔹 POLICE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE: To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for clients, staff, and fellow professionals, all applicants must provide a valid police verification certificate. This is a mandatory requirement to uphold the safety standards and ethical environment of BeauFit360.

🔹 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR REGULATED SERVICE PROVIDERS: Professionals offering services that legally require formal qualifications or licensing must submit certified copies of relevant credentials and approvals at the time of registration.

📌 ONGOING RESPONSIBILITY: It is the sole responsibility of the service providers to ensure that all submitted documents remain valid and updated at all times during their association with BeauFit360. Failure to maintain current documentation may result in suspension or termination of access to our facilities and services.
